Unless otherwise exempted or excluded herein, the Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of
Canada who are of the legal age of majority in the province or territory in which they reside, or
older, at the time of entry. This Sweepstakes is void in the province of Quebec. The
Sweepstakes begins at 12:01AM Pacific Time ("PT") on August 1, 2016 and ends at 11:59PM PT
on August 31, 2016 ("Sweepstakes Period"). Winners will be selected in a random drawing held
within 10 days from the end of the Sweepstakes Period from among all eligible entries received
up to the date of the drawing. Each selected winner resident will be required to correctly answer
a time-limited skill testing question without assistance in order to be eligible to receive a prize
or such prize will be forfeited. The potential winners will be notified by the Administrator by
telephone (if available), email by publication of the names of the winners on the Newegg Canada
Facebook page following the drawing date. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible
entries received by the deadline. Four entries per person or e-mail address during the sweepstakes.
